A blacksmith working with glowing hot metal in a forge, flames and smoke visible.

Hardline wasn’t born in a boardroom. It was built in the dirt and the noise of real jobsites. created by Chandler Speights, a superintendent who lived the grind every day. The chaos, the missed deliveries, the long hours, and endless paperwork that never seemed to end.

It started with one simple question:

“Why am I still sitting here finishing reports after the crew has gone home?

That question became a mission: to give time back to the field and build tools that work the way the crew works. Hardline began by solving one of the most frustrating parts of the job, daily reporting, but it was never meant to stop there.

Today, Hardline is evolving into something far greater. It is becoming field intelligence: a platform that remembers what happened, predicts what’s ahead, and transforms how jobsites operate. It gives crews their time back, keeps projects on track, and lets the work speak for itself.

And we’re just getting started.
