Hardline was founded by Chandler Speights, a superintendent who spent years managing jobsite chaos, long days, missed deliveries, and paperwork that never ended.

“I was tired of spending hours at the jobsite, finishing reports after the crew had already packed up. I wanted a way to save half an hour a day, not just for myself, but to get back to my family.”

What started as a frustration turned into a mission: Build something that works the way the crew works.

Hardline wasn’t built in a boardroom. It was built out of field fatigue, lost family time, and a promise to fix it.

Today, Hardline is being used by real crews on real jobsites- giving time back to the field, simplifying the grind, and letting the work speak for itself.
