Hardline was founded by Chandler Speights, a superintendent who spent years managing jobsite chaos, long days, missed deliveries, and paperwork that never ended.

I was tired of spending hours at the jobsite, finishing reports after the crew had already packed up. I wanted a way to save half an hour a day, not just for myself, but to get back to my family.

What started as a frustration turned into a mission: Build something that works the way the crew works.

Hardline wasn’t built in a boardroom. It was built out of field fatigue, lost family time, and a promise to fix it.

Today, Hardline is being used by real crews on real jobsites- giving time back to the field, simplifying the grind, and letting the work speak for itself.

And we’re just getting started.
